The KPIT Shodh Awards are an initiative by KPIT Technologies to recognize and reward outstanding innovations in the field of energy and mobility solutions.

The awards are open to students, researchers, and professionals across the globe. The thesis should be submitted, defended, or awarded between the period of January 2024 to December 2024

The categories/themes for the year 2025 are

• Sustainable Mobility
• Artificial Intelligence
• Computing
• Bioengineering
• Cyber Security/Cryptography
• Materials – Lightweighting

Participants can submit their innovations through our website of KPIT Shodh Awards. You can select between the two categories:
A) KPIT Shodh Groundbreaking Research Award (Thesis + Prototype)
B) KPIT Shodh Best Thesis Award (Thesis only)

1. Stage 1: Registration and thesis submission
2. Stage 2: Evaluation and selection of Finalists
   A 30-minute presentation of the research work over video call to jury panel.
3. Stage 3: Final Thesis Presentation and Prototype Demonstration
   In person prototype demonstration and thesis presentation

Winners get 26 lakhs (For thesis and prototype category 14lakhs, If thesis only its 12 lakhs)

Submissions are evaluated by a panel of judges comprising experts from industry and academia who have extensive knowledge in energy and mobility sectors.

The winners are announced during a finale ceremony held on 5th and 6th March 2025.

Innovations must be original and should demonstrate significant advancements or innovations to the fields of energy and mobility
